• Platform: The HeyTrippr website and associated services.
• Host: A registered user who creates and publishes trips on HeyTrippr.
• Trip Leader: A registered individual associated with a Host who leads or co-leads trips.
• Traveller: A user who browses and books trips on HeyTrippr.
• Trip: A group travel experience listed by a Host on the platform.
• Batch: A specific scheduled run of a Trip with defined dates and a group of participants.
• Booking: A confirmed reservation made by a Traveller for a Trip Batch.

To use HeyTrippr, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law
• Not be barred from using the platform under applicable law

By registering on HeyTrippr, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@heytrippr.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• HeyTrippr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4.1 Trip Creation:

• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of all trip information including itinerary, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and prerequisites.
• All trips listed must be legal and comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• Hosts must have the necessary permits, licenses, and permissions to conduct the trips they list.
• Misleading or fraudulent trip listings will result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 Trip Management:

• Hosts are responsible for managing their Trip Batches, including participant communication and logistics.
• Hosts must honour confirmed bookings. Cancellations initiated by the Host must be communicated to affected Travellers promptly.
• HeyTrippr is not responsible for the quality or safety of the trips conducted by Hosts.

4.3 Pricing:

• Hosts set their own trip prices. All prices must be in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• HeyTrippr does not charge a commission on trip listings at this time. This may change with prior notice.

• Trip Leaders are individuals associated with a Host who lead or co-lead trips.
• Trip Leaders must maintain a verified profile with accurate information including their Instagram handle.
• Trip Leaders are responsible for their conduct during trips and must adhere to all applicable laws.
• HeyTrippr may verify Trip Leader credentials at its discretion.

• Travellers are responsible for reviewing all trip details, including itinerary, prerequisites, and terms set by the Host, before making a booking.
• Travellers must ensure they meet any age, fitness, or other requirements specified by the Host.
• Travellers must carry valid identification and any required travel documents for their trip.
• HeyTrippr does not guarantee the quality, safety, or fulfilment of any trip. All arrangements are between the Traveller and the Host.

• All bookings and payments are currently managed directly between Travellers and Hosts outside the HeyTrippr platform.
• HeyTrippr is not a party to any financial transaction between Hosts and Travellers.
• HeyTrippr does not process, hold, or transfer payments on behalf of Hosts or Travellers at this time.
• Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved directly between the Host and the Traveller.

• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual Hosts and displayed on each trip listing.
• HeyTrippr is not responsible for refunds or compensation in the event of trip cancellation by the Host.
• Travellers should carefully review the Host's cancellation policy before making a booking.
• In case of disputes, Travellers may contact us at support@heytrippr.com for assistance, though resolution is subject to the Host's policies.

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent trip information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from HeyTrippr without permission
• Use the platform to conduct trips that violate Indian law, including trips to restricted or prohibited areas
• Impersonate any person or entity on the platform
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the rights of third parties

All content on HeyTrippr, including but not limited to the logo, design, text, and software, is the property of HeyTrippr and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

By uploading content (trip images, descriptions, etc.) to the platform, you grant HeyTrippr a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote such content on the platform and its marketing channels.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you upload to HeyTrippr.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• HeyTrippr is an intermediary platform and is not liable for the acts or omissions of Hosts, Trip Leaders, or Travellers.
• HeyTrippr is not liable for any injury, loss, death, damage, or inconvenience arising from the participation in any trip listed on the platform.
• HeyTrippr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to HeyTrippr in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold HeyTrippr, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Content you upload to the platform

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably by contacting support@heytrippr.com.

HeyTrippr reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or by email. Your continued use of HeyTrippr after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
